On Being Emergent and Neo-Restorationist

You article was excellent. It is not enough to be flexible. One must have something solid to stand on. The trick is to look very closely at what you are standing on and make sure of that.

The term "emergent" would be a reference to something else, but I am not sure what that something else is. Emerging from what?

I assume neo-restorationist would be in reference to "stone-cambell movement". I liked some of the basic principles like to "speak where the Bible speaks, and be silent where the Bible is silent". I think the movement got off track when somewhere along the line someone along the line decided that the restoration was complete, when quite obviously such was not the case. So are neo-restorationists getting back to work?
